The challenge involved orchestrating the seamless installation process, performing thorough pre-construction assessments, and efficiently overseeing the management of cutting-edge technology equipment from various vendors.

DAVACO executed a comprehensive strategy for Lululemon, conducting pre-construction store site surveys, installing framed drywall backdrops for the MIRROR® program, and deploying a new store technology package.

The solution involved configuring and testing technology hardware, fabricating custom data racks, and coordinating smart hands installation to minimize on-site configuration efforts.
