Extended Stay America required a comprehensive data collection effort across their 34 properties, each with over 3,500 rooms, to assess existing conditions and assets.
The objective was to meticulously examine the arrangement of rooms, pinpoint any concerns, and formulate comprehensive plans for renovation. This encompassed not only the guest rooms, but also the public areas and various facilities within each property.
