Client Need
Ikea needed a company who could keep up with expectations and stay on schedule. DAVACO Canada held to an aggressive schedule which allowed the refreshed store to open as planned. At one point, deliveries were 3 weeks late and DAVACO still delivered a finished product in contracted time.
DAVACO CANADA'S SOLUTION
We phased the schedule to align with material delivery and ensure we could finish all work inside project time lines. When materials were late, DAVACO made a pivot in the CPM (Critical Path Method) to accommodate this and still deliver on time. We even purchased construction materials to keep other work going until the needed fixtures were delivered.
