DAVACO's Role: DAVACO Developed a Turn-Key Program Approach to Support Starbucks with Fleet-Wide Millwork Upgrades.  This Integrated Service Program Helped to Maintain and Upgrade Brand Standards While Reducing Overall Project Timeline and Minimize Store Disruption.

PROJECT SCOPE

Program Management / General Contractor
  • Single Point of Contact for all Project Oversight and Coordination of all Vendors (Signage, Equipment & Material Installation)
  • On-Site Safety Coordination
  • Act as Liaison Between Customer and Vendors
  • Provide Daily Reporting Including Photos, Work Completed and Schedule/Plan for Next Day
Installation
  • On-Site Verification and Installation of all Millwork in New/Remodeled Starbucks Licensee Locations
  • Millwork Installation
  • Equipment Startup
  • Installation Oversight
Consolidation and Transportation
  • Review of FF&E List; Assignment of Warehouse in Close Proximity to Store Location
  • Follow up with Suppliers -Track and Manage Inbound Shipments
  • Receive and Consolidate Materials Based on Installation Schedule
  • Coordination and Transportation of Multiple Deliveries with White Glove Service Based on Schedule
